Data processed
We process sign-in email, account and authentication identifiers, research progress, language and theme preferences, essential cookies, support correspondence, and payment-related references such as provider, order, checkout attempt, subscription, refund, amount, currency, status, and provider-verified billing country. Payment providers process card and wallet details; MoreMoneyQuant does not store full card numbers.
Purposes and providers
Data is used to authenticate users, enforce research access, apply regional service-availability controls, reconcile payments and refunds, maintain progress, prevent fraud and automated abuse, protect accounts, and resolve incidents. Security controls may process IP address, request country, rate-limit records, Cloudflare Turnstile results, and a pseudonymous device cookie or keyed device hash. These security records are not used for advertising or unrelated profiling. Service providers include Supabase, Vercel, Paddle, Waffo, and Cloudflare where enabled.
Retention and choices
Operational, payment-ledger, security, dispute, and tax-support records are retained only as needed for service delivery, fraud prevention, legal duties, and dispute resolution. Authentication, security, and preference storage is necessary for the service. Users may request access, correction, or deletion through the published support channel, subject to financial, security, and legal retention duties.
